• Any purchase may be returned unused, and in it's original packaging within 14 days for a full refund.

• If for any reason you are not satisfied with the benefits of the product simply contact us for a refund. ( An amount equal to 15% of the original purchase price will be deducted to cover handling and administration )
  Please retain your proof of purchase as this will be required for any refunds.

• All Ecoflow & Bioflow magnets are manufactured to the highest standards and specification, with a lifetime manufacturers guarantee on the magnetic properties.
  
  
• Your Bioflow is guaranteed against faulty parts and workmanship, subject to normal conditions of use, for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
  
  
• Thermoflow, H2 flow and Motoflow are guaranteed for ten years.

• Bioflow products should not be worn by anyone fitted with a heart Pacemaker or any other implant that could be affected by a strong magnetic field. There is no substitute for sound medical advice and we recommend that you should consult your doctor if you are, or have been, receiving any treatment for a particular condition and have any doubts about the use of a Bioflow.
